PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Location: Horizon Care & Education - West Midlands


ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our multidisciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH needs, trauma histories, communication difficulties and neurodiversity. You’ll deliver high-quality therapeutic support across our schools and residential settings.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions

  • Complete assessments and contribute to EHCPs, behaviour and risk plans

  • Provide clinical consultation and training to staff

  • Work closely with external agencies (LA, CAMHS, schools)

  • Maintain clear clinical notes and outcomes data

  • Engage fully in supervision and CPD


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Qualified Psychotherapist with relevant accreditation

  • Experience with young people with complex needs

  • Strong assessment, formulation and communication skills

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care

  • Ability to work collaboratively within an MDT
