  •  Administering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reporting
  • Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers
  •  Designing and delivering engaging learning content and workshops
  •  Evaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting

What We’re Looking For

  •  Experience in a learning and development role – ideally in health, care, or education
  •  Strong organisational and admin skills, including LMS experience
  •  Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  •  Understanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environment
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  •  Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks
  •  Experience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training

Why Join Us?

  •  Be part of a mission-led organisation making a difference in people's lives every day

  •  Opportunities for further development and progression
  • Supportive, inclusive team culture
  •  Competitive benefits package
